philosophy

“Terram”, from the latin terra. Metaphorically speaking, “Terram” is a gastronomic space where we want to plant and root an ambitious and exciting project that allows us to bring our gastronomic knowledge to the customer.

The philosophy of this restaurant is based on values of humility and self-criticism, innovation and perseverance; values needed to grow this project and forge a good synergy between the parties: customers, suppliers and the team of professionals.
